Soft washing is where we knock off the dust, cobwebs, and dirt so that a surface is smooth enough to paint. Soft washes usually don’t involve soaps or cleaners the pressure washing does. We recommend soft washing every 1 to 2 years to maintain a clear exterior.
Not all materials are right for softwashing. We typically recommend it for roofs and the bodies of houses. Materials such as concrete are too stubborn for soft washing, and they need to be pressure washed.
Soft washing jobs usually take 1 to 2 days. We ask that you remove all furniture, grills, and any other outdoor items that might interfere with the soft wash so that we can get right to and keep you on schedule.
